Job Summary

A company is looking for a Front-End UX Designer/Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and optimize lead generation forms and user flows to maximize conversion rates
• Develop clean, maintainable, and performant code using modern web technologies
• Rapidly prototype and implement new user flows, iterating based on real-time performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with front-end coding technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• UX/UI design experience or strong interest in user experience optimization
• Solid understanding of conversion-focused design principles and A/B testing methodologies
• Proficiency with modern front-end development tools and version control
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first implementation patterns
