Front-End Web Engineer

Job Summary

Providing critical technical support and consultation, the full-time Front-End Web Engineer will work remotely to manage client support tickets, implement quick fixes, and maintain complex WordPress themes and custom Gutenberg blocks using modern front-end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor and respond to client support tickets, triaging bugs and clarifying UI/UX requirements
• Support a large portfolio of concurrent client projects, resolving varying support requests and pushing feature updates
• Develop and maintain enterprise front-ends, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and responsive code

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with modern CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Gutenberg block development
• Solid foundational understanding of PHP to navigate WordPress architectures
• Proven ability to debug UI glitches and resolve CSS/JS conflicts
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Desire to learn and apply emerging front-end technologies and accessibility standards
