Job Summary

A company is looking for a Frontend Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code within the Rails framework using best practices
• Integrate Hotwire components for smooth user interactions and optimize backend logic for HTML fragment generation
• Collaborate with UX design and product management teams to implement and improve features

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience developing software with Ruby on Rails
• Strong expertise in HTML (Stimulus.js and Turbo) and deep knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient in Git for version control and ability to write clean, well-tested code
• Collaborative mindset with strong time management skills and a willingness to learn
