Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

As a core member of the Growth & Engagement team, the full-time Frontend Engineer will design and maintain backend systems for rapid experimentation and personalized engagement features, ensuring scalable growth initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a feature-flag and A/B-testing framework for growth experiments
• Build and scale microservices for key growth features, including referral program APIs and push-notification orchestration
• Instrument services with real-time metrics and collaborate with Data teams for clean event schemas and dashboarding

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with Web3, on-chain data, and wallet integrations is strongly preferred
• Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable and maintainable solutions
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
