Job Summary
Leading the frontend architecture for a cutting-edge Command & Control platform, the full-time Frontend Lead Software Engineer will design real-time collaborative interfaces for managing swarms of heterogeneous aircraft, working remotely and focusing on innovative UI concepts and telemetry visualization.
Key responsibilities
- Own and architect the frontend for the C2 system directing swarms of aircraft
- Build real-time, collaborative interfaces that function effectively even during communication drops
- Set frontend architecture, patterns, and standards for the development team
Required qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in building complex, production frontend applications
- Deep experience with React or a comparable modern framework
- Strong UI/UX instincts and experience mentoring frontend engineers
- Experience in performance-sensitive application development
