Frontend Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support an innovative Modeling Labs team, the fully remote Frontend Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications for a sophisticated network simulation platform, focusing on building user-friendly interfaces and collaborating with backend engineers during EST business hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting network simulation and modeling capabilities
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance platform features
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of frontend development experience utilizing JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Professional experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Backend programming experience with Golang (preferred) or Python
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and DNS
