A company is looking for a Frontend Tech Lead, Design System.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy, architecture, and long-term evolution of the Design System
Establish and evolve the Design System adoption framework, ensuring consistency and measurable adoption across teams
Mentor engineers and maintain high-quality standards across accessibility, performance, and developer experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with modern frontend applications using TypeScript and React
Proven experience leading or scaling a Design System in a product-driven environment
Strong experience in architecting scalable component libraries with clear API design principles
Deep knowledge of CSS architecture, design tokens, and theming strategies
Hands-on experience with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD processes
