Frontend UI/UX Developer
Job Summary
Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Frontend UI/UX Developer will design and develop responsive, accessible user interfaces for AI-powered clinical applications in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and reusable components using modern front-end frameworks
- Implement user interfaces for Clinical Decision Support workflows, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards
- Collaborate within an Agile team on sprint planning, code reviews, and production releases to deliver high-quality healthcare applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 5+ years of front-end development experience
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with experience in modern web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
- Proven experience implementing WCAG and ARIA accessibility standards in complex user interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into user-centered designs while working in Agile teams
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance
