Frontline PIP Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Frontline PIP Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best practices
• Determines claim value and sets initial reserve, updating and documenting rationale
• Researches and responds to complex customer communications, concerns, and conflicts

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 or more years of experience preferred
• Experience in Florida PIP claims preferred
• No supervisory responsibilities for this role
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
