FSA Actuary - Remote

Job Summary

To support pricing strategy in the specialized COLI/BOLI market, the full-time salaried FSA Actuary - Remote will lead new business pricing, collaborate with sales and business leaders, and drive process improvements while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support new business pricing, quote review, and peer review for COLI/BOLI opportunities
• Partner with sales and business leaders to balance customer needs with sound actuarial decision-making
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and new product implementation, enhancing documentation and workflow execution

Required qualifications:

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation required
• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• Five to seven years of actuarial experience, preferably in life insurance with COLI/BOLI exposure
• Experience with ALFA and strong core actuarial technical skills
• Proficiency in actuarial software, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools
