FSA Finance Director

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Finance Director and Actuary, the successful candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the Life Insurance Solutions segment, while providing strategic analysis and recommendations to enhance performance across various life insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Finance and Actuarial analysts to conduct financial analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Facilitate the segment's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes in alignment with Enterprise objectives
• Assess financial performance and communicate actionable recommendations to improve growth and returns

Required qualifications

• FSA fellowship with relevant actuarial experience in Indexed Universal Life and principles-based reserving
• Strong knowledge of insurance, modeling, and finance concepts related to segment performance
• Proven leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for management
• Access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
