Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Actuarial Operations - Valuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations in Valuation across all lines of business, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Oversee staff organization, hiring, development, and quality assurance across all lines of business
- Ensure accuracy of reserves and support all audit and statutory reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, or a related business field
- Must be a credentialed actuary and member of the Academy of Actuaries with FSA designation
- 10+ years of progressively responsible actuarial experience in managed healthcare
- 3 to 5 years of management experience at a senior level
