Job Summary

Leading complex actuarial engagements, the full-time remote FSA Licensed Actuarial Director will guide strategic client initiatives, develop innovative actuarial tools, and serve as a trusted advisor to large employers and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and serve as the primary actuarial advisor on complex healthcare initiatives
• Direct the design and execution of advanced actuarial analyses, ensuring adherence to professional standards
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level actuarial staff while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, or related field
• FSA strongly preferred; ASA with significant senior-level experience considered
• 12+ years of healthcare actuarial experience across various relevant areas
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, VBA, R, or Python
• Demonstrated leadership and client-facing experience
