FSA Licensed Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Actuarial (Retirement Plan Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for Assumption Governance functions and in-force management strategy
• Direct actuarial projects and enhance organizational initiatives through strategic process improvements
• Partner with various departments to support business strategy and contribute to strategic projects and new product development

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in actuarial science, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
• FSA designation or ASA designation with additional actuarial experience upon hire
• Experience in Retirement Plan Services is a plus (2+ years preferred)
