FSA Licensed Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuary for its Global Modeling Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads modeling projects within the Prophet ALS library, including updates for new asset classes and regulatory changes
• Ensures models comply with statutory, Tax, and GAAP regulations for traditional and non-traditional business
• Provides oversight and direction to junior actuarial associates and supports global actuarial projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, or related field
• FSA accreditation or equivalent
• 7+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance/reinsurance
• Experience with open actuarial valuation models, including Prophet and related technologies
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, Statutory, and Tax valuation and financial reporting
