FSA Licensed Actuary Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, VA Financial Reporting Actuary Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate reporting of US GAAP and statutory reserves
• Support Cash Flow Testing and conduct stress testing and projections
• Manage and develop a high-performing team aligned with organizational strategy

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences, or a quantitative field
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate (ASA) with 7+ years of experience
• 7+ years of actuarial experience in Life and Annuity insurance, with 3+ years in variable annuity valuation
• Proficient knowledge of US Statutory and GAAP accounting frameworks for variable annuities
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in collaborative team environments
