FSA Licensed ALM Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader of General Account Liability Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the team for annual Cash Flow Testing and collaborate with the Appointed Actuary for analysis of cash flows
• Track and review MAR controls for models and outputs
• Provide guidance and analysis for the ALM working group and lead as the liability expert

Required Qualifications

• FSA designation with a high level of technical expertise
• 10+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial modeling, or ALM, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of insurance liabilities and ALM strategies, with knowledge of cash flow testing methodologies
• Experience with software such as Prophet or Pathwise
• Knowledge of ALM metrics and asset modeling, particularly related to annuity and life insurance products
