FSA Licensed Liability Management Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leader of GA Liability Management - Liability Modeling & CFT.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the team for annual Cash Flow Testing and collaborate with the Appointed Actuary for analysis of asset and liability cash flows
• Track and review MAR controls for models and outputs while providing guidance to the ALM working group
• Act as the business owner of the general account ALM models and support broader strategic objectives through collaboration

Required Qualifications

• FSA designation with a high level of technical expertise
• 10+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial modeling, or ALM, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of insurance liabilities and asset-liability management (ALM) strategies
• Experience with software such as Prophet or Pathwise
• Knowledge of ALM metrics and asset modeling, particularly in Annuity and Life insurance products
