Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Pricing - Institutional Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product pricing for the DCLI market, balancing profitability, risk, and competitiveness
• Oversee pricing for the Stable Value portfolio, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support institutional strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation
• 10+ years of leadership experience pricing US annuity products, preferably in the DCLI market
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop actuarial talent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
