FSA Licensed Senior Actuarial Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant to enhance support for healthcare initiatives and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of actuarial projects and serve as an advisor to healthcare clients
• Direct technical actuarial work and assist in the development of less experienced actuaries
• Build scalable financial models and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring effective teamwork

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
• FSA/ASA designation required
• 15+ years of healthcare actuarial experience
• Experience with commercial and medical stop loss markets, and alternative risk vehicles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus
