FSA Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused FSA Operations Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage contribution payroll processing, eligibility/enrollment file processing, and various operational tasks to support the FSA Operations Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor, process, and reconcile contribution and eligibility/enrollment files for reimbursement plans
- Initiate funding requests and reconcile received deposits for plan contributions
- Assist internal teams with client inquiries and participate in special projects as assigned
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Interest in the financial services industry with a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented thinking with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of FSA/HRA/HSA plans is preferred
