FSA Product Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Actuary / Associate Actuary - Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of new employee benefits products, including pricing strategy
• Design and enhance actuarial models while ensuring compliance and transparency
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure products are compliant and operationally executable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) with 5 years of post-credential experience
• Minimum of 8 years of actuarial experience, specifically in product development and pricing
• Strong background in at least one group employee benefits product area
• Experience in collaborating with Product Management on product innovation
