FSA Senior Actuarial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Manager (FSA) to join their Health Research Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of actuaries and analysts, overseeing hiring, performance management, and career development
• Provide actuarial subject matter expertise and support for healthcare actuarial product development and data quality analytics
• Conduct actuarial research and respond to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation
• 7+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in health insurance or related fields
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Deep expertise in healthcare cost analysis and proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS
