FSM Certified ServiceNow Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst with FSM Certified ServiceNow experience and over 10 years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and drive agenda for requirements workshops for FSM module features
• Document configuration requirements and user stories in the Agile Development module of ServiceNow
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and QA Consultants to ensure compliance with project specifications

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience implementing FSM module features such as Work order management and Dynamic Scheduling
• Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro
• Familiarity with HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM
