Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Analyst I - Fuel Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage bulk fuel inventory and deliveries for customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Review and process fuel vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments

Required Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or data processing
• Knowledge of bulk fuel operations and logistics
• Ability to make financial decisions independently within established guidelines
• Availability for on-call rotation, including weekends and overnight shifts
• Experience in customer service and managing vendor relationships
