Job Summary

Responsible for managing the relationship with PWR and BWR Fuel Customers in the Americas, the remote Fuel Business Manager will lead the sales process, monitor sales parameters, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales process and adopt conceptual selling strategies to create win-win business opportunities
  • Monitor sales parameters, including forecasting accuracy and financial metrics such as EBITDA and margin
  • Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business, engineering, or operations with increasing complexity
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial effectiveness
  • Experience with financials, including sales relationships, margin, and financial planning
  • Ability to distill complex information for strategic discussions and negotiations
