Fuel Hardware Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for product planning throughout the product lifecycle, the full-time Fuel Hardware Solutions Manager will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements while collaborating with various teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals, working remotely from the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends, customer buying patterns, and competitors to inform product marketing plans
• Assess and analyze market conditions for product offerings and implement business cases to enhance market share
• Articulate and implement the Value Selling Proposition while informing product roadmaps based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years of proven technical leadership experience in the nuclear industry
• Ability to gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions
