Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Analyst I | Fuel Operations Coordinator | Customer Service (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor fuel inventory and manage delivery schedules based on customer needs
• Provide customer service support by resolving issues and maintaining communication
• Review and manage fuel vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch or fuel accounting
• Petroleum experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work nights and weekends for on-call support
