Fuel Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing fuel inventory management and accounting services, the full-time Managed Services Analyst I will assist customers with fuel operations, logistics distribution, and reconciliation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer tank readings and plan fuel deliveries based on usage and market conditions
• Engage with customers through various communication channels to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery
• Review and correct fuel vendor invoices, process transactions, and maintain accurate fuel accounting records

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch, fuel accounting, or a related field required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
