Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Fulfillment Analyst to support enrollment material fulfillment and client services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill enrollment and education material requests while ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material needs and support enrollment events
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience in insurance or group benefits is a plus but not required
