Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

To support fulfillment operations, the full-time Fulfillment Analyst will manage order documentation, vendor coordination, and process improvement while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote or in-office setting based in Indianapolis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and verify order documents using software tools, ensuring accuracy before processing
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and support client activities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment coordination or supply chain management
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as Extensiv, is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented with a strong drive to complete tasks efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
