Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Fulfillment to support customer relationships by processing purchase orders and managing order details.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and acknowledge customer orders using EDI software and Netsuite
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and maintain order accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service operations or a related role
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Strong interest in the natural food industry
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
