Job Summary
Supporting member communications and fulfillment activities, the part-time hourly Fulfillment Associate will manage the lifecycle of ID cards, Welcome Letters, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) while coordinating vendor communications and ensuring timely delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the fulfillment lifecycle for member communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
- Serve as the primary liaison with external fulfillment partners to coordinate production activities and resolve issues
- Oversee quality assurance processes for fulfillment outputs to ensure compliance with organizational standards
Required qualifications
- Experience in managing business operations or fulfillment processes in a deadline-driven environment, preferably in healthcare or benefits administration
- Proficiency with fulfillment platforms, particularly Zelis, NOMI, and/or Red Card workflows is strongly preferred
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing production timelines
