Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Fulfillment Associate will manage internal orders through various vendor sites, handle customer engagement tasks, and ensure accurate data entry while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete orders through different vendor sites and manage ongoing account maintenance
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring effective communication with customers
• Escalate and manage customer service issues as needed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in data entry in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and adapt to new technology
• Must be 18 years of age or older
