Fulfillment Buyer

Job Summary

Managing procurement processes, the full-time remote Fulfillment Buyer will execute purchase orders, negotiate supplier terms, and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and cost-effective purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders for assigned product categories across various divisions and regions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure timely product availability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with location leaders to prevent stockouts or overstocking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control/management, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of the building material industry
• Proficient in procurement software and inventory management systems
• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel highly preferred
