Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to manage shipping and fulfillment operations for the Military OneSource program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the shipping and fulfillment vendor to ensure timely distribution of materials
• Manage inventory levels and ensure catalog accuracy within the online fulfillment system
• Collaborate with various teams to forecast and plan inventory requirements for events and program initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in military inventory and fulfillment management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
