Fulfillment Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers to foster collaboration and innovation
• Define project priorities and deliverables to optimize fulfillment systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment processes and customer delivery experiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management, order management, or transportation management systems
• 3+ years of experience in building and scaling real-time solutions, including 1-2+ years in management
• Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives
• Extensive hands-on experience with programming languages like Golang or Java
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones is a plus
