Fulfillment Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Fulfillment Engineering Manager to lead a remote team in optimizing fulfillment systems, including Order Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management, while driving innovation and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
• Define project priorities and deliverables to optimize fulfillment systems and align with business goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve fulfillment processes and enhance customer delivery experiences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling real-time solutions, with 1-2+ years managing engineering teams
• Experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, or similar solutions
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives
• Extensive hands-on experience with programming languages such as Golang or Java
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones is a strong plus
