Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the fulfillment process within assigned divisions, the full-time remote Fulfillment Manager will manage a team, optimize workflows, ensure timely order processing, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to balance demand and supply
• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Lead and support fulfillment staff through training, coaching, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the building material industry to support Supply Chain objectives
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve high performance
