Job Summary
Managing fulfillment processes for shareholder servicing communications, the full-time remote Fulfillment Manager will oversee document collection and organization while ensuring client requests are met efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the fulfillment processes for document collection, retention, and reporting related to shareholder servicing communications
- Define and implement controls for fulfillment processes, updating procedures as necessary
- Participate in client discussions to design optimal experiences for unique deal requirements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or production services, preferably in financial services
- Management experience is a plus
- Project management experience and understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, with additional skills in NetSuite, SQL, and DocuSign being a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
