Fulfillment Scheduling Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Scheduling Manager who will impact fulfillment center costs and customer experience for the US network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of resource strategy in collaboration with the Forecasting team and Operations Management
• Develop daily labor scheduling plans for all US fulfillment centers 21 days in advance
• Produce weekly and monthly schedule efficiency reports for operational management and identify potential shortfalls in goal delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence a team
• Analytical experience with scheduling and intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Experience in staff planning and forecast development
• Ability to encourage a positive work environment and collaborate with team members
