Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and revise Summary Plan Documents (SPDs) in alignment with client needs and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information and ensure alignment on documentation deliverables
  • Support fulfillment operations by managing the production of ID cards, welcome letters, and Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or related fields is a strong plus
  • Experience drafting plan documents or benefit-related materials is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word; familiarity with Jira, SQL, and PDF editing tools is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing client requests
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and working across teams with minimal supervision
