Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist who will manage the entire order cycle from inventory coordination to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory with suppliers and process customer orders
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers while maintaining product inventory
  • Perform tasks such as picking, packing, and auditing orders, and manage relationships with couriers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or procurement support, preferably in an MSP or IT distribution environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise CPQ, or IT Glue
  • Experience working with major IT distributors like Ingram Micro or TD Synnex
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
