Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist who will manage the entire order cycle from inventory coordination to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory with suppliers and process customer orders
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers while maintaining product inventory
- Perform tasks such as picking, packing, and auditing orders, and manage relationships with couriers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or procurement support, preferably in an MSP or IT distribution environment
- Familiarity with tools such as ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise CPQ, or IT Glue
- Experience working with major IT distributors like Ingram Micro or TD Synnex
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
