Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Process incoming orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to support shipments and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center setting
Experience with email handling and order entry in a high-volume environment
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Located in MST or CST timezone
NetSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus
