Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Fulfillment Specialist will oversee the manual fulfillment of prizes for Modo Boxes, ensuring effective communication with players and maintaining up-to-date internal knowledge base articles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receipt of digital tickets and the fulfillment of prizes according to established procedures
• Communicate with players regarding prize inquiries and delivery status as needed
• Provide reporting information and feedback to optimize fulfillment processes and player experiences

Required qualifications

• Previous eCommerce fulfillment experience is required
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
• Empathetic and player-focused mindset
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for improving processes and player experiences
