Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Fulfillment Specialist, the role focuses on processing orders and returns, managing logistics, and providing status updates to customers and internal teams, requiring a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and stakeholders via various channels
• Process incoming orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch from warehouses
• Manage logistics for LTL shipments, including scheduling carriers and handling documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center setting
• At least 2 years of logistics coordination experience, particularly in domestic LTL/freight scheduling
• Experience with high-volume email handling and order entry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in navigating tech stacks (ERP, WMS, or logistics platforms) is a plus
