Job Summary
Seeking a remote Fulfillment Specialist, the role focuses on processing orders and returns, managing logistics, and providing status updates to customers and internal teams, requiring a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate order and return status updates to customers and stakeholders via various channels
- Process incoming orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch from warehouses
- Manage logistics for LTL shipments, including scheduling carriers and handling documentation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center setting
- At least 2 years of logistics coordination experience, particularly in domestic LTL/freight scheduling
- Experience with high-volume email handling and order entry
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in navigating tech stacks (ERP, WMS, or logistics platforms) is a plus
