Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient fulfillment operations, the full-time hourly Fulfillment Specialist will manage inventory accuracy, process fulfillment requests, and coordinate shipments while collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records in designated systems
• Process fulfillment requests and coordinate the shipping of equipment to internal and external customers
• Organize and maintain the fulfillment center, ensuring a clean and secure warehouse environment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or procurement support, preferably in an MSP or IT distribution environment
• Familiarity with tools such as ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise CPQ, or IT Glue
• Experience working with major IT distributors like Ingram Micro or TD Synnex
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
