Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Strategy Associate to optimize fulfillment center operations across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic projects for optimizing the fulfillment network, including labor planning and technology implementations
• Analyze fulfillment center performance data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement new processes and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or logistics leadership role
• Proven experience in fulfillment center operations or a large-scale distribution network
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
