Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Support Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee departmental success by managing fulfillment rates and support SLAs while focusing on high seller CSAT scores
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize workflows, identify resource gaps, and improve support delivery
  • Foster team development through coaching, performance reviews, and structured onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a customer support agent
  • 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead in a people management role
  • Demonstrated capacity and passion for people management
  • Data proficiency to identify workflow bottlenecks using ticketing metrics and team KPIs
  • Experience in driving process implementation and system development
