Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fulfillment Support Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental success by managing fulfillment rates and support SLAs while focusing on high seller CSAT scores
- Utilize data analysis to optimize workflows, identify resource gaps, and improve support delivery
- Foster team development through coaching, performance reviews, and structured onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a customer support agent
- 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead in a people management role
- Demonstrated capacity and passion for people management
- Data proficiency to identify workflow bottlenecks using ticketing metrics and team KPIs
- Experience in driving process implementation and system development
