Fulfillment Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Support Specialist to manage logistics and enhance client fulfillment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client-facing teams to define success metrics and optimal fulfillment strategies for client projects
• Coordinate the setup and management of complex projects within the fulfillment management system while ensuring effective communication between teams
• Support the warehouse team by troubleshooting software issues and serving as a point of contact for customer fulfillment inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in product support, operations support, or a similar role
• Proficiency with software applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and project management workflows
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
